The Ordering Process

From First Call to
Final Placement

Step01

Schedule a Free Consultation

The first step is simply reaching out. Call us, use our online booking form, or email — whichever feels most comfortable for your family. During your consultation we’ll discuss:

  • The type of monument your cemetery allows
  • Granite color and style preferences
  • Inscriptions, artwork, and portrait options
  • Timing and budget

There is no pressure and no obligation at this stage.

Step02

Cemetery Verification

Every cemetery has its own rules about monument dimensions, materials, and installation. We contact your cemetery directly to verify all requirements — so your memorial will be approved without issues. We’ve worked with over 200 cemeteries across Kansas and Missouri.

Step03

Design Proof & Approval

Our design team creates a detailed visual proof showing the exact layout, lettering, artwork, and dimensions. You’ll receive this proof digitally for your review. You can request changes until every detail is exactly right. We don’t cut a single piece of stone until you have given us your full approval in writing.

Step04

Crafting in Our Kansas Workshop

Once approved, our master craftsmen begin work in our Wichita workshop. We hand-cut, shape, sandblast, and engrave your monument using premium granite, marble, or bronze. Typical production time is 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout.

Step05

Delivery & Installation

Our team delivers and installs your completed monument at the cemetery. We coordinate scheduling directly with cemetery staff and ensure proper placement, leveling, and foundation setting. We notify you when installation is complete so you can visit at your convenience.
